東京出張で皇居ラン 2016/12/05

東京出張ついでに皇居3周

皇居3周 2016/12/05

一泊二日で東京出張が発生し、出張先が皇居に近いところだったことで、迷わず出張荷物の中にランニンググッズも詰め込んだ。

今回の宿泊先は初めてだったが、皇居大手門まで1kmほどと近かったので、皇居までの往復に困ることはなかった。

この時期としては暖かい朝で、体がこわばることもなく、気持ちよく走ることができた。
